Gosainkund is situated north from kathmandu in Langtang region. This is one of the famous Holy Lake in Nepal. The route from kathmandu to Dhunche and trek to big syabru. You will pass through Singh Gompa than you can visit the real Yak Chesses factory, than continue trek to over Lauribinyak pass and you will have panorama view of Langtang Lirung, Ganesh Himal,Manaslu and Annapurna randge.the Gosainkunda is most beautiful lake and first you will pass saraswati Kunda, Bhairab kunda and Gusain kunda.from Gosainkunda you will pass more Lake and continues trek to Ghopte is long journey and it is not easy way. So if your condition is not really good the best way you can stay in phedi and next day you will stay at Tharepati.from tharepati you can either continue to Helambu or go direct back to kathmandu.
