Situated in the western part of Nepal, this incredible short trekking tour covers unique perspective of the colossal Himalayan peaks of the Annapurna (8091m), Dhaulagiri (8167m), Manaslu (8165mm) and Fishtail (6673m) Himalayan range.

This trip introduces us the ethnic communities, lush valleys, terraced rice fields and interesting cultural diversities of the local area. We explore the hidden mysteries and unique cultural performances of the local community, which are very rich in customs and traditional values.

Sarangkot is a beautiful popular village which is the best viewpoint for the dramatic surrounding hills and Pokhara valley. It offers jaw-dropping views of beautiful sunrise and sunset over the majestic Annapurna Himalayan range. It is a naturally gifted paradise for the adventurous activities like Paragliding.

This DhampusSarankot trek will make you feel the real experiences of village life in Dhampus.If you want to reward yourself with an easy and fruitful trek, this trek is mandatory. Addition attractions of this trail are Buddhist monasteries and paved courtyard.

The trek begins from Phedi exploring the natural and cultural prosperity of stunning Dhampus and exciting Sarangkot villages and ultimately will end at the fun touristic city Pokhara.

Trekking in this region is possible throughout the year. According to experiences of past, Spring (March to May) and Autumn (September to November) provide the best weather. During the Spring, there is a bit more color in the landscape and the red rhododendrons are blooming, and in the Autumn months, the skies are generally clearer.

Day 1
Arrival, pickup by bus to hotel
After your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be warmly greeted by our office representative and transferred to the hotel.
Day 2
Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara - 7 hours.
After we have breakfast, we will leave our hotel early morning for a drive with scenic views to Pokhara through Prithivi national highway. The drive may take about 7-8 hours. We also have the option for a short flight to Pokhara from Kathmandu. We tour some beautiful places in Pokhara that includes Davids fall and the Phewa Lake. Overnight stay at our hotel by the lakeside.
Day 3
Drive to Phedi and trek to Dhampus (1,750m.) - 3/4hours Trek.
Early in the morning after breakfast, we head off to Phedi in a winding ride by a private taxi or jeep for half an hour.We begin the trek by ascending to our destinationDhampus for 3 to 4 hours. On the way to Dhampus, we go through beautiful terraced fields, hamlets, and lush forest.Dhampus is a small but magnificent Gurung village. This little picturesque village is not only a superb viewpoint for the mountains, but it is also a perfect display of the hillside village culture. Learn about the day to day lifestyle of the Gurung ethnic group. You will have much to learn from their simple, but a hard-working way of life, while Dhampus is rooted with Gurung culture, dominated by the attractions of landscape. Overnight stay at lodge.
Day 4
Trek to Sarangkot (1,590m) 6hours.
We start off after taking your breakfast in the morning. Today, the trekking trail passes through joyful paddy fields, magnificent hills, middle landscapes which showcases the beautiful view of the Himalayan ranges. We reach Sarangkot, where we can observe one of the Nepal's best sunrise and sunset view point In addition, we can also see a pretty view of Pokhara city.The transformation of color illuminated on the mountains is almost unbelievable. The trail ends reachingPhewa Lake, from where we can have a soothing walk or drive further to Pokhara. Experience its laidback vibe as you stroll along the lakeside.Overnight at hotel.
Day 5
Trek to Bank of Phewa lake 2/3hours Trek &Pokhara city sightseeing - (820m.)
We head off to Sarangkot before the dawn to experience a magnificent view of sunrise and from there. It is an ideal viewpoint connecting directly you to the snow-covered neighboring Himalayas. Here we can see a awe inspiring views of Annapurna (8,091m.), Dhaulagiri (8,167m.), Ganesh Himal (7,446m.), Manaslu (8,165m.), Machhapuchhre (6,993m.) and others stunning himalayas. After that we trek downhill back to Pokhara. It will take 2 to 3 hours. In Pokhara, we can have a pleasant walk on the bank of the Phewa Lake. Today, we can experience many activities like, boating, visit famous David fall, intriguingMahendra cave and other famous places in Pokhara. Overnight at hotel.
Day 6
Drive back to Kathmandu
You may take a fight or a drive to Kathmandu. In the evening you will have your last night in Nepal enjoying the Nepalese unique cultural dinner show and taking some beautiful memories with you.
Day 7
Fly back to Home
Our guide will transfer you to the airport then fly back home.
