Day 1
Arrival, pickup by car to hotel
You will be picked up as you land into Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel. You will have tour briefing at the hotel by our guide.
Day 2
Guided Sightseeing tour in Kathmandu
The historical and cultural heart of the country, the capital city Kathmandu is a popular destination for tourists, trekkers and other types of adventure seekers. The city is a iconic amalgamation of Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism and Western cultures and influences. On a day guided tour of Kathmandu city , you will be visiting Pashupatinath, the most famous and revered Hindu shrine in the country; Boudhanath, the largest Buddhist stupa of Nepal, Soyambhunath, which contains both Buddhist and Hindu shrines and stands as testimony to the religious harmony that exists in the country.
Day 3
Fly To Lukla (9,334ft) & Trekking To Phakding (8,562ft)(40 minutes flight; 8km, 3 - 4 hours trekking)
From Kathmandu, you will fly to Lukla. The short thrilling flight offers a fresh Himalayan environment that will provide a tranquil environment. The Lukla flight is said to be one of the most dramatic short flights in the world. From Lukla, the trekking trail moves towards the Cheplung Village. Viewing the sacred Mount Khumbila, wegraduallly walk downwards which leads to the village of Phakding sighting of the KusumKangraru Mountain. Overnight stay at the Guesthouse. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included.
Day 4
Trek To Namche Bazaar (11,290ft)., 5-6 hours walk.
The trail now further opens out to the celebrated mountain town of Namche Bazaar, a Sherpa town with probably more tourists than Sherpas. En route to Namche, we cross Monjo, the entry point of the Sagarmatha National Park which presents many virtues like deciduous forests, small rivers, brooks and alpine woods. Locatedon a mountain side and with views of the Thamserku Peak and the Kongdi RIHimal, Namche is a commercial centre. Overnight stay at the Guesthouse.
Day 5
Rest at Namche for acclimatization.
Namche is a spectacular place to acclimatize. You can visit the Syangboche Airstrip that lies on a hill above the town after breakfast. You can also visit the Everest Photo Gallery and the Sherpa Culture Museum in Namche. You need proper rest as your trek starts getting tougher from the next day. Overnight stay at the Guesthouse.
Day 6
Trek To Tengboche (12,600ft)10km, 5- 6 hours
It’s an easy trail from Namche to Tengboche, home to the largest monastery in the region the Tengboche monastery.Moving towards the DudhKoshi Valley at the settlement of PhungkiThanka, the views of Mount Everest are magnificent. The place is surrounded by tall hills that are covered in rhododendron trees inhabited by Impeyan Pheasants and eagles. Overnight stay at the Guesthouse
Day 7
Trek To Dingboche (14,470ft)(Walking Distance: 11-12 KM) Duration: 5 Hours
The trail crosses the Imja River by a suspension bride and moving towards the village of Dingboche, the village of Pangboche is passed. Dingboche, the “Summer Valley” of the Khumbu contains a kilometer long wall built to protect the village’s crops from the cold winds that descends down the Imja Valley. Stunning views of Lhotse, the AmaDablam and the Island Peak from Dingboche are quite amazing.This hill station is cold and arid. Overnight stay at the Guesthouse
Day 8
Rest day in Dingboche
Dingboche is also a great village for acclimatization where you can hike to Nagerjun. Located at the height of 5100 meters just above Dingboche on a hill at the edges of the Chhukung valley, the hike is uphill and steep, and requires a bit of a strenuous energy. Marvelous panorama of Lobuche East (6119m), Lobuche West (6145m), Kangtega (6685m), Taboche Peak (6367m), Thamserku (6608m), and the AmaDablam (6856m) can be seen from up there. Returning back to Dingboche is also very beautiful. Overnight stay at the Guesthouse.
Day 9
Trek To Lobuche (16,210ft), 6 hours walk.
A hike through rugged snow-covered terrain passing through Thukla village to reach Lobuche at the foot of the Khumbu glacier.The sight of the Khumbu Icefall and the view of the Khumbutse and Lingtren mountains are quite heavenly up there. By now, you will find yourself quite acclimatized to the Himalayas and your much-awaited trip to Mount Everest will just be a day away.Overnight stay at the Guesthouse.
Day 10
Trek To Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep, takes about 8 hours.
Today is BIG DAY! It begins from a slow walk further on from Lobuche runs alongside the sight of the world’s highest glacier- the Khumbu Glacier, to the right. Walking for about 2-3 hours from Lobuche, we will get to Gorakshep (5181m/16994ft), a village sitting on top of a frozen lake bed. Thepath moves all the way to the top of the edge arriving at the Everest Base Camp. Here, the sight of the Khumbu Icefall and the view of the Khumbutse and Lingtren mountains are mesmerising. Overnight stay at the Guesthouse.
Day 11
HikeTo Kala Patthar (18,519ft) & Trek To Pheriche (14,340ft). 5-6 hours.
An early morning hike to Kalapattharwhich lies on the southern ridge of Mount Pumori (23,494 feet) from Gorakshep. It is a famous vintage point popular for providing stunning panoramic views of Mount Everest, Nuptse, Chagatse, Lhotse and the Pumori along many other peaks. The sunriseview from amidst the Mount Everest Mountains as it changes the color of the mountains from silver to gold is one hell of view not to miss. After spending time at Kalapatthar, we will now return to Gorakshep and walk down back to Pheriche, a small village full of yaks. Overnight stay at the Guesthouse.
Day 12
Trek To Namche Bazaar.
It’s an easy downhill trek through forests, iconic suspension bridges and alongside fabulous mountain ridges. It will get you to Namche Bazaar. You will reachthere in about six hours enjoying the sight of the landscape and the Himalayas can be enjoyed pleasantly. The villages are lively with people where you can observe their customs and activities as you pass through.
Day 13
Trek To Lukla.
Last day of trekking. It will be about a five-hour trek down to Lukla. Your Everest Base Camp trek ends here now. The last day of trekking will be unforgettable being in the lap of the highest peak, spending days in natural paradise while the journey.
Day 14
Fly back to Kathmandu
After a half hour short flight to Kathmandu, the noise of the city will yet again remind you of the tranquility of the Himalayas.You can enjoy changing sights of the landscapes one last time while on the flight. You can spend spare time to visit other places in Kathmandu.
Day 15
Fly back Home
Our guide will transfer you to airport then fly back home.
